Don't reg trademarks....but umm www.internet.bs

Why internet.bs ?. How does that protect you ?. Whilst writing,
please could someone tell me of any GOOD registrar based in Virginia,USA,
preferably East Virginia ,who are of same ilk as Fabulous, Dynadot etc
standing ?. I did ask in other thread but thread was mysteriously moved...
to nowhere for some unexplainable reason, perhaps wrong time of month.

You mean the best registrar to protect against trademarks?

Your very own, coupled with the TM holder maybe being not smart enough to
file in the Registry's jurisdiction too.

Moniker is the safest but if you lose a WIPO, they'll send it to the complainant - they will not go against a WIPO or court ruling - but, they won't quickly close down your site wiht a complaint letter either (and like some registrars, they'll park it thus making "bad faith" easier to prove).

(CYOA disclaimer - I do not advocate or support the idea of deliberately registering TM domains (for reasons other than at the TM holder's request), this is just answering the OP's question). :)
