I have used lowcostnames.co.uk for my 3 .co.uk's.
Have since seen that oneandone.co.uk offer .co.uk's for £2.89. I haven't tried them yet, but it sounds like a good deal.

I use http://ukreg.com. You get a frilly certificate when you get a uk domain

£2.65-£2.95 a year

one and one dont offer anything much in the way of control over the domain... they also took around a month to get round to billing my card for my domains. they are however offering free .biz's with every name right now.

i have a few domains with them and am just waiting for the 60 days limit to finish so i can move them...
