Best Template/Revenue Combos

It would be interesting to get opinions on which parking sites offer the best combinations of templates and revenue for different categories. Some categories might include adult, gambling, shopping, travel, entertainment, business, etc. I think results would be best from people who have used different parking sites so they have valid comparisons. If you have a first and second choice for each category that would be helpful and would help us determine where to park different categories of names. Opinions?
