Below is some text that I got from Sedo's FAQ.
I am wondering why Sedo likes the name server option best, Domain Sponsor promotes the frames option, and DomainHop seems to promote the URL forwarding method.
Which method of sending traffic have you found to be best; or does is depend on the company?

You can forward your domains for parking in the following ways:
DNS change â Change the name servers to ns1.sedoparking.com and ns2.sedoparking.com
This is the preferred option. It is easy to do and shows up very well in search engine results.
URL forwarding â Redirect your domains to http://www.sedoparking.com/domainname.xyz (replace domain.xyz with the name of your domain).
Disadvantage: This is not particularly search engine-friendly and as a result will show up less often in search engine results.
Frames / Iframes â Forward the frames to http://www.sedoparking.com/domainname.xyz (replace âdomain.xyzâ with the name of your domain).
Advantage: Good search engine results
Disadvantage: Some registrars donât offer this service and it is possible you will have to create your own frame forwarding in HTML. In this case, the frame which calls up the parking page will have to be 100%.
