Here is a guy that clear has too much time on his hands. Generally when it is a case of to much time on a persons hands means they aren't making money. Watch out for this guy.. I included email exchange below. This idiot emails people and offers them money for a name that is about to drop just to see if he can get you to pay redemption fee and laugh at you... what an idiot with little value for his or her time
side note.... but before anyone says anything.. I know I could have just repurchased this name via godaddy auction after the drop for less then redemption fee and still have the opportunity to then redeem if I loose auction. Which is all time for me and that is more then $80 redemption fee. The silver lining... he really did bring my attention to the fact I dropped this when I did not intend to, just have so many names things fall threw the cracks at times.
Email:
Mr Dickschlong, I use my real name in my email addy. You may Google it. Your arrogance will overcome you eventually if you are elated from something so trivial as your momentary "GOD" moment that you can control or dictate all obvious outcomes... lol. Seems like the economy might be getting to you and you possibly not making any money right now if you have time to scour the internet playing your "Godaddy God" game with folks.

The irony is that your email saved me from loosing this name, which I do perceive as a blessing from God. I am not a squatter or domain monetizer like you. I register and aftermarket purchase names with purpose to propel my manufacturing business forward as a leader in my industry.

When your a VIP at Godaddy and own as many names as I do, names fall threw the cracks unintentionally. If you figured out my industry you might see how this acronym is valuable to me...

BTW ... for your "Godaddy GOD" like idiotic behavior you have exhibited I will be putting you on blast..

I didn't want to buy the domain. I just wanted to see what you would do when I emailed you saying I wanted to buy it. I do that to other people too. Just to see what they will do. Some people scramble to redeem it, just as you did. But most just let it go. Some people tell me they will redeem it if I pay them $2000 or so.
That was what I meant by "the Godaddy Game"
Say, you aren't a wise guy, are you? I wouldn't want to mess with wise guys.

At this point I have provided you the opportunity to re-open sales dialog. However you respond with another joke or insult... I am not sure, maybe both. To insult or make joke at other negotiating party expense is not a very wise negotiating tactic in my book.
Never the less I do not have time for insults, time is money. For me spending $80.00 is equivalent to you spending $8.00.
Because of my dynamic business my attention span is limited and this $80 redemption fee was well spent. Wasting the little time it would take to reacquire the M***.COM for less is not worth it for me and this distraction is more costly then $80. Money well spent if you were standing in my shoes.
It seems safe to assume the sales dialog has ended and you are no longer interested in this name which is the impression I received from your last response.
Good luck finding an alternative at at registration fee.

I see. You didn't pay them $80, did you??
Why do you seem renewal-challenged?

Hi, I am sorry I didn't realize this was a game, I am a bit confused by your statement or what your referring to? Additionally I was unaware this name was expired. This name is an acronym for my industry and would be very useful once developed for me. Just haven't gotten around to it. I have a large portfolio of useful names in waiting for development.
I have recovered it from Godaddy and will retain possession of this name I am sorry it will not be available in Godaddy. Thanks for making me aware I had missed it's registration date.
If you would like to re-open purchase dialog we can.

I do but now I see I can buy it on Godaddy expired auctions tomorrow morning for about $15 unless someone outbids me.
So, thanks anyway I guess.
And, thanks for playing the Godaddy game.
