In last April i registered 9 domain names with Globat.com, with their 1.95$ offer, before buying i carefully checked their terms and conditions, there was no fine print, only that renewal price would be 14.95$.
About 2 months registration i transfered away to registerfly, with one of RF's offers, domains are not with Globat.
Today, i got 7 emails like this.
Only 2 things, there was no "previous notices", and there was no hosting account to upgrade, my credit card was charged 279.65$ for hosting accounts i've never asked for and i've never received.
After complaining, they have only refunded one of the charges, tomorrow i'll go to the bank to start a chargeback (domains are not with globat, they can't lock my account)
If you registered domains with Globat.com, BE CAREFUL, transfer them away
