I suggest to open a forum for "Big Budget Domain Names" only, into "Domain Sales" forum. That would be for domain name offers with an asking price above US$ 10,000, as example.
I think this is needful to avoid loosing this kind of posts into hundreds of offers.

from my perspective, I think any name worth $10k, will be seen by a potential buyer.

honestly, i don't see a need for it, as many would post names there that really are not worth that much.

Isn't this what the the Private sales forum in exclusive (http://www.dnforum.com/f185/) for? Though it doesn't get many posts.
I have noticed that Gold members have more money to buy than Exclusive members.
I also see that in that forum there is none premium domain to buy.

biggedon and dodo1 are moderators, I suppose you see all posts. We don't.
I can see you don't have the perspective of a simple user that see so many posts gone in just hours to a second page.

By the way, Who had the wonderful idea to split "Domain sales fixed price and offers"?. It just make it more difficult to find a good post.
