My account just got suspended with Big Jumbo and here is the message send to me:

Customers on BigJumbo's program may not have spam clicks or views on any ad(s), including but not limited to clicks/views generated by:

* a customer on his own pages
* a customer encouraging others to click/view ads
* automated browsing and clicking programs or any other deceptive software
* customers altering the layout of the page in any way, including framing the pages

Your domain monetization account has been suspended.

--------------------------------------

Now, I know for a fact that my domains are not fraudulent in any way. I don't understand why they would suspend my account.

---------------------------------------

My account manager sent me this email this morning:

[SIZE=-1] I had a word with my Compliance Team with regards to your account.

If you could kindly send across any form of Photo Identification such as a copy of your Drivers License or Passport, I could put across a request for a re-analysis of your account.

Please do understand that this step is essential for us to verify your legal existence. Look forward to receiving the same at the earliest.

---------------------------------------

Has anyone here with a Big Jumbo account ever been asked to send identification?

I just find this strange since I have never been asked identification from any parking program. And I am not confident in sending identification to a company that I know very little about, especially since I have never had any payouts from them yet.

The reason for my account being suspended, I believe, Is because I recently purchased many high quality domains and my account when from a $30-$50/day REV to $1000-$2000/day REV. Now I know this might look suspicious but all of my domains are perfectly legal and follows every aspect of their policies.

The company pays you 2 grand a day and you won't send ID?

I don't have anything to worry about.
I just bought 65K worth of premium domains 2 weeks ago, and all traffic is legit and in compliance to their policies.

Is it just me or is it normal to be asked for your passport?

I dunno, strange ... The fact that I never got paid from them yet makes the situation even more complicated.

It might be the quality domains that you own might not be that qualified. :) It happens to me that in many case when I bought a domain, it has so much traffic at the beginning and eventually drops a month or so later. You might want to research more on the history of the domain before putting them into any parking program to avoid the risk of being suspended.

Interesting ...

Well I just sent them my ID and hopefully hear from them today.

Yes, I was blessed by being at the right place and the perfect time.

This suspension is a pain in the ass though ...

let me guess..it's typo traffic

I have a few typo's but I'm gonna say approx. 15% are typo's. All other domains are either type-ins, backlinks and SE traffic.

buying traffic at a 1 month rate...hmmm...sorry hard to believe..
I am not saying you did somthing wrong, but I would think that whoever sold you the domains maybe did something to the traffic

I researched the domains and from what I could see its pure natural traffic, no fraud involved. The domains are good quality.

I have 15 of them that are averaging $100/day and had a few days where it was up to $250/day for 3-4 of them. In all I have 500 domains parked.

I want to find out more details from Big Jumbo on the specific reason why they are considering this against their Terms and Conditions.

I'm hoping to hear back from them soon.

Hmm..sorry to say..but when you are buying a whole domain package for 65k for 1 month revenue, a seller having 500 domains with traffic is not some newbie or someone that doesnt know the industry...if I would have to take a guess I wold think there is a 90% chance that the traffic is fake..

if you like PM me 1 or 2 domains and I can see if I find something that looks odd..

Yep even i would advice you to contact some of the respected members here and send them few of your domains to have a look at their quality.

I did to one member.

The domains are top quality.

I shown a few domains, some have 30K+ backlinks, 100K alexa, getting 1.5K - 2K UV average a day/each ... I dunno, guess I will have to wait and see what they say.

I'm hoping they can pinpoint the problem so I know exactly what works and what doesn't.

I mean if there are only a few that are causing problems, I have no problem removing them ... Just wish they would have warned me or even better, block the problem domain instead of suspending the entire account.

I have over $17K in that account, I'll be pissed if they decide to keep the funds.

$65k for $2k revenue per day seems like the deal of the century.

Skenzo and its former partner Klickerz has a habit of asking for ID. But I smell your traffic fishy also. 30k+ yahoo back links mean nothing , and alexa rank is easy to fake. If those domains are not yours , then you get tricked .
