Well biggs,I'll give you an appraisal.
I think it's a very good name, certainly memorable and easy to spell. The term has significant meaning in this day and age.It is certain to get type-ins should the threat of bio terror rise again.
for a dollar value undeveloped,I would appraise at $100 to $750.

Good luck!

But you still did not give an appraisal or comment on the domain name. As I would do for any other forum member.I get my bucks

Bioterror.net

Not sure if bioterror is as commonly used as bioterrorism - eventhough shorter. Anyway, it's a net and not a very intuitive combination of word-extension. A network of city/state response teams to an event of bioterrorism? I think it would sell easier with a concrete idea behind it.
