Hi All!

This is one of the domains from my portfolio, which was recently sold via unsolicited cellphone conversation!
The guy just called me one day and asked was the domain still available, and asked how much was the price.
He then inquired as to "how he could pay for the name". I gave him instructions on how to get a "paypal account" and additionally, I set-up an Enom reseller account for him as well!

I asked him to call me back when his pp account was activated, which he did two days later!
The payment was sent and the name was pushed to his enom account!
The buyer then "extended the registration time" for the domain and "purchased hosting" via his account as well!

He has since added content to the site!

Lots of names are bought and sold, but how many actually are developed into websites.

Many are recirculated,resold and/or pointing to ppc affiliates!
