BLOODPRESSURE.net

I think this keyword is a category killer! And literally "the silent killer" too.

Opinions, appraisals, please

Hard to tell value of this domain, but with this amount of monthly searches it is worth to build a site with google adsense.

Very nice. Low to mid X,XXX reseller, and definitely a XX,XXX end user potential.

It would be significantly more vaulable as an .org which works exteremely welll with health wellness & disease names vs .net which is of more questionable value in health category.

Right. So I guess you'd be going to LemonParty.org or Phun.org because it's a .ORG and therefore a well-respected TLD (don't go there or you might get some high blood pressure.) LOL

On the subject of the domain; the keywords matter, as long as the TLD isn't some third world country ccTLD. Go to ZFBot.com and search the keywords for other existing domains - you can even opt the TLD from the drop down - and then research your buyer's market.

Personal valuation: mid $x,xxx.

Probably mid $x,xxx reseller although personally I would have to be homeless to sell for that much.

I think you got it at a fair price, lo-mid $x,xxx is the range. Can't think of many potential end users, but it's great for development, a big content site or a community.

Actually, I myself could be an end user, but I have other profitable projects to think about, and would prefer just to sit on this until I sell at a decent ROI.

I don't see why would anyone say x,xxx range here to an end user this name could be worth 1500-2500 and only if he owns .com as well with out .com you won't find end user. Who ever gets this with out .com is building free targeted traffic for .com owner. Having said that yes it's a nice domain to build a content site and make $ from ads like google. So developed and with proof of traffic I could see this go for possible mid x,xxx other then that this domain is not worth more then 1,000

At this forum you won't be able to sell for more then 1,000-1500
Reseller low to mid xxx

Agree King, without the .com it's value is not high. Sometimes the .org can work well with health and disease names on its own but rarely will dot-net by itself.

I would peg it at $500 to 1k reseller and end-user value impossible to say since it's a dot-net and very tough to get an end-user.

Acro I believe but they were probably product/service related where there is $ to be made in sales/leads not on INFO related domain

Thanks, Acro!

Actually, I paid way more than the $500 KING's appraisal, and I sure can call it a steal. As MD+domainer I know there is money to be made :)

Not as good as hypertension.org but right up there with it, not a losing purchase at all. <1,000 is ridiculous, in terms of SEO potential alone any developer would pay at least low-mid x,xxx.

Are you guys high?! No developer is going after .net, I check there is nothing developed on .com or .org so it's open season! Now if a true developer or a business comes after a domain they will go after .com and if they are serious they will get it. Now that they have .com they really don't need your .net it is not a MUST for them so they will pay you MAX 2k since they can function just fine with out your .net.

Let's now look at this situation other way, buyer comes but can't afford the .com that means he surly won't give a big chunk of his budget for a .net knowing he has to build and compete against the .com. Again you won't get more then 2k for it.

Since you say that you have paid more then 500 for it I am wondering how are you planing to make $ on that? You could be waiting more then 5 yr to sell that and if you do manage to sell for 2k that is a high end you are not that big of a winner.

You can go to your local electronic store buy some open box stuff end resell and you will make 1500$ with in 2months

Sorry buddy but this is not going to fly the way you have planned.

I can say surly that you won't be able to sell this domain on the forum here for more then 500$

i like highbloodpressure.com better, although bloodpressure.com is shorter. It would be a big topic. A lot of people over 50 yo have high blood pressure. So, I think it's a good name.

"Blood Pressure" has an exact match search score of 246,000 per month (google keyword tool).
It's medical and highly commercial, many people need to take medicine, alter diets & exercise etc with high blood pressure.
Its worth at least 2-4k minimum here on the forum to a reseller, worth much more for a project or to a pharma company, though from my experience a .net buyer will most likely end up being an seo expert and the bigger companies would want the .com

I have sold far worse domains for more than $2k, I have developed far worse domains with even less search ( AND A HYPHEN!!!) that bring in more than $2k a year in profit, so how is it that this domain can't produce the same result? This domain would do very well if SEO'd and optimized for long tail keywords, add a forum, a blog, do some minor marketing and you have a sustainable business. Review hypertension drugs, blood pressure cuffs, stats, Cardiologist directory, news...this domain has big potential.

Oh yes - and I would offer $750 for the domain right now...proving your absurd valuation techniques absolutely bogus.

This is a decent name...I would think it would go @low xxxx on a drop and would say mid xxxx for developer is about right. I do like the .org maybe even better than the .com on this one.
