It looks more like BMVV.com ,

Tell me I am wrong but it looks somewhat dodgy!

Apologies to seller if I could smell a non existent rat.

It must be BMVV ( 2 v's). It's not BMW that's for sure. Also there is no website at the 2 v's version.

Agreed.

After reading it - the guy is obviously trying to trick people.

It's so silly though. I can't imagine he actually expects to get away with it.

Ah I see, did a search and the above is all i found. Poor guy spent his life trying to make money off the internet. It's a wonder why he isn't making anything by deception.

A few months ago someone kept trying to sell HIPH0P.COM with all kinds of data and info about the popularity of Hip Hop music. NO mention of the 'O' being a zero was made anywhere! I guess that he was hoping that someone would buy it and not actually use it or something. Bad business, to say the least! Domain auctions on ebay seem to be sort of Wild West stuff. I love all the $15 transfer fees with $1.00 auctions too; don't you??!!

This is the source of ire for a lot of people.

I refuse to pay a $15 transfer charge, especially on a $1 name. Additionally, most of these names are free pushes at the respective registrar. It is a scam to charge a $15 transfer fee when the transfer is free to begin with.

There have been several debates on this issue in the forums here :D
