The key seems to be "1 per GD account". Not sure if you can have several GD accounts though...

Let's see how GD will come out of this. The way their rules are written "one per account" is quite vague. Groupon has different deals for different cities so it's still one per account no matter how many you apply provided you still buy one from each city.
