I am sorry in your delay in payments.
It was an issue with no tax-form on file. In the future we will make that much easier for new members where they can just submit a tax ID # through the interface.
I have PMed you explaining the steps you must take in order to get paid out. Please let me know if you have any more problems or questions.

It is strange that support did not get back to you. We have a big problem with Yahoo mail users. 50% of the time, Yahoo does not deliver our mail, at all. We will take a deeper look into this and see if this was the problem and if we can fix it.
