I´ve already opened 2 tickets and no reply so far.

I submitted two suggestions and about a week later was sent a response. Haven't submitted any support tickets yet, though.

I think it is a one man show until recently. I would try emailing and see what happens.

All my emails to [email protected] have been returned and answered.
Although Bodis has a presence here, I do not know if this forum is the BEST method of handling a personal business issue.
