edit: Issues been resolved and name returned ..Thanks..

I bought a domain at a forum and the prior registrant contacted me and informed me the domain was hijacked from his godaddy.com account by someone that got access to to his yahoo email account. After being contacted I changed the nameservers back to the prior registrants settings while I investigated the claim as I don't have plans of keeping the name under these circumstances.
It appears godaddy considers it a valid transfer . There a few things I am suspicious of though..
Is there anyone qualified willing to look over the details prior to changing the registrant info back??
If so please PM me..

Regards,
jim

Perhaps you could now disclose the domain so that the hijacker gets dealt with.

codified [dot] com
The domain was purchased at name pros off seller AolIceMan (suspended)
It appears the admin.contacts yahoo email account was hacked ....I did email the admin. contact prior to purchasing and after conversations later according to the registrant the hacker had created an email filter within the advanced options of the yahoo account: (if any mail comes to my account that is from [email protected], it will be moved straight into the Trash folder) So all the notifications of the domain name change went directly to the Trash bin folder within the Yahoo mail account from where the hijacker retrieved them and authorized the push.
The domain name never left the prior registrants account until the sale and pushed to my account.
The domain is now back with the proper owner..
