35 years old and yes, I am a fanatic. :D

It's the very first edition - I think 4th printing. I'd love to get a 1st printing in the wood grain box but they usually go over $5K.

The books are in surprisingly good condition.

I think your set (the 3 volume one) goes for around $280 at booksellers.....

I didn't pay anywhere near that, not even 1/3 that. :)

The box isn't in the greatest condition - taped corners but it's the books that are important.

These guys have a few - the same printing I got with some writing in it is $750.

Edit: No, wait, this is the "original collector's edition" - so it is the 6th printing.
