I believe you, however, the results aren't "exact results" as your post stated originally. Exact results means you include the terms in quotes.

As you can see there is plenty of demand in the search results,
obviously for a service the average plumbing customer would
not be searching with "quotes" so I posted the actual
amount of results and updated with a link.
As you can see google adwords has sold out all ad spots
for these keywords.
It is a very straightforward premium geoservice domain,
that would rank at or near the top of google with properly
made website.
