Bulk PR checking & Backlink checking

Hi i'm been out of the game for a few years and i'm getting back into domaining and i just cannot find any FREE bulk PR checking or back link checking websites anywhere! Found loads of gash paid for ones but I know i used to use a couple of excellent websites that were 100% free but can't remember them for the life of me! Any help would be much appreciated!
