How do you adjust your selling price model change when dealing with a bulk sell? I know quantity, types of names in terms of genres, and likely hood of even getting future offers for the names matter so I would like to hear thoughts/advice especially from people who have dealt with bulk sells of their portfolio in the past.

Thanks all!:eek:k:

bulk buyers tend to look for the cheapest deals and unless you're trying to close-out or liquidate a portfolio or group, then it's a bad move.

however, if you can structure the price so the roi is still profitable, then go for it.

5 to 10% discount is the most I'll go for a group of 10 domains or less, but I rarely do bulk deals.
