bulk who is info needed for uk names

I have about 5000 uk names and need to collate the who is information. The reason being that I am trying to do a bulk transfer with nominet and there are some rogue whois data on some of the names. Nominet won't tell me what names they are but I have to remove these names from the transfer request.

Can anyone suggest a way of doing this?
