Dear Andrew,
The Bulk WHOIS Database is a complete data set of all the domains registered with Network Solutions, Inc., both in the US and International, with the exception of those customers who have chosen to opt-out of the Bulk WHOIS. The database can be purchased through a License Agreement with Network Solutions at the cost of $10,000 for a one-year subscription. The database is updated weekly and can be accessed from a FTP download site.
The following Exhibit A is a page in the actual License Agreement for the Bulk Whois Access Database. Exhibit A gives the details of the fields that will be offered in the database.

DATA DESCRIPTION
The Data, presently containing approximately 10 million domain name registrations, will be provided to the Company as set forth in Section 1 above. The Data will be comprised of the following data fields, as available. Some records do not have all data fields:
Domain Name
Registrant Name
Registrant Address
Identity of Registrar
Primary DNS Server IP Address and corresponding name
Secondary DNS Server IP Address and corresponding name
Administrative Contact name and postal address
Administrative Contact telephone number, email address and fax number (where available)
Technical Contact name and postal address
Technical Contact telephone number, email address and fax number (where available)
Record Creation date
Record Expiration Date
For the purposes of this Agreement, ââ¬ÅPersonal Dataââ¬Â means any data about any identified or identifiable natural person.
In order to process your request for the agreement, please provide the following information:
- Company Name
- Company Phone Number
- Company Address
- Contact Name (First, Last)
- Contact Email Address
- Purpose
I have also attached a copy of the Bulk Whois License Agreement, a copy of the Bulk Whois Payment Options Form and a copy of the Bulk Whois Format for your convenience.
