IceHole - Watch for Morning drops at Bulk Reg - 6:30 AM - We manage some domains there and they drop in the morning quite often. So does the UK and Aust. Registrars. Good Luck - Steve

doesnt even matter when BR deletes.

The REGISTRY does the releasing now, or hasn't anyone noticed?

All registrars names are getting deleted by the registry.

If any drop at odd times anymore it would be a big suprise to me..

Well,
This was the question in my mind dangling quite a time. According to the new rules, the pending delete names goes to the Registry's (Verisign) drop pool and the registry releases them. However, there is a different format for the whois info of bulk register's pending delete names so it seems to me BR does something unusual.

We really need a guru to answer this?

Anyone around to know this concretely?

Thanks.

oh gee... I can post again...

there are no .com or .net releases other than by the registry at the end of the PENDINGDELETE period.

Only possible "instant" oddball delete for .com or .net names is during the FIRST 5 days following the initial registration, only then will it go at the time when the registrar hits the button.

You asked for advice from a "guru".
You got it.

Let me tell you what I thought about cartoonz: He is a double refined idiot!

At least two people said that they are observing different schedule for bulkregister and I also noticed that too.

Any other people who caught bulkregister domains

Yeah, gee wiz... I guess I am an idiot.
I've only been doing this for a couple of months and maybe I have a lot to learn, eh?

Sir Alex, oh great omnipotent one who understands all... will you teach me how this whole process works?

NOT !

I do not even have to point out who the moron is here.

This is some funny stuff. Toonz has had a bad attitude and it is good to see someone point it out. Just by taking a look at his last posts you can tell he figures he is just a little bit better than everyone else. It would seem this guy is only happy when putting someone else down. I expect to be the next on his list for poitning out the fact that is obvious to anyone with a measure of experience in life. Anyone who professes to be a guru is obviously not.

Note to Toonz: If you stop treating people like garbage maybe you will get the respect you think you deserve.

Note to self: His name must be toonz because of the 2 dimensional personality. Contact when I need a good laugh.

hmmm

then i must know less then nothing

toons is right on this coms and nets drop once per day same time start

the registry controls this not the registar

and in fact toonz does know what he is talking about and may be tired of giving correct answers to questions and being told he is wrong and beat up for it.

"Let me tell you what I thought about cartoonz: He is a double refined idiot! "

i must have missed something as i saw no reason for that.

maybe he will post help more often now

So b/c he bids on a name at dropcatcher.com (using stargate) which they get and he's a guru?

Remind yourself that it's all a crapshoot for those who are not snapnames or namewinner. Sooner or later a person is going to luckup and get something like this. Not unheard of or new to this forum. Give me an RRP connection and i'm sure i'm bound to catch something sooner or later.
