Hi,

Just a word of caution to other newbies, like me. Do not be too trusting. I recently had several discussions with someone on this web site about them acting as a sales agent and technical consultant for my company. They never followed up as agreed. It seems that they have take my ideas/information and used them to their own advantage. I take some responsibility for being too trusting. Most people are great. I know this because I have been in business many years. However this has been a wake up call for me.

This has happened to me, and to many other people that I know/associate with. Legally, if you are incorporated, you can take this person to court for theft of intellectual property. If you are not incorporated...good luck coming up with a new idea.
