I have ran 2 tests with having members develop out some of my premium names and they are starting to take off.

Here's what I propose and if there is enough interest, I will make it happen.

I will post a list of premium generics available for development with a partner. The reason is I don't have time to develop them all out but some of you may have great business ideas and time to build out a great name if it makes you revenue.

I will pay all startup costs.

This sounds quite interesting. My area of experience is mostly WordPress and vBulletin forums... but it sounds like you've got quite a few names that would work for that.

Is the developer to become a 33% owner of the name... including when such property is eventually sold? Just curious how this would work.
