Wanted: Service Business Partners Needed

I have a habit of creating and acquiring domains/sites then not using them at their full potential or even developing them at all. I would like to partner up with a few people to develop and run sites for me in exchange for equal profit share. We would of course split any expenses like programming, marketing and hosting/hiring staff (when the sites get big enough). It is no problem to keep the sites on my main shared server for free until it is appropriate to make other arrangements. From time to time I might help with PHP programming and creating browser toolbars. I may also want to put some of my own advertisements on sites.
Partners must be committed and honest. Customer service skills is a must. Your goal is to make our sites as profitable as possible.
