It's a great keyword but I am not knowledgable about common use of the English language in Brazil and how well it adds up to the .com.br extension. However, within the aviation industry itself it shouldn't be a problem. For these reasons, i find it hard to put a monetary value on a domain like this.
I would do some enduser research to see if Brazilian aviation sites are using English keyword domains.
The domain may be a good one for development: "category killer" keywords. To setup a well developed lead capture site with an Avinode reservation system may be an interesting thought. You will need a solid development plan for that in order to survive the Avinode fees in the beginning. Business aviation in Brazil seems to be on the rise.
Thanks for your comment Jeroen. Actually the domain "www.businessjet.ca" has been adopted by bombardier, the biggest business jet brand in the market.
Google keyword tool indicates that search volume for "business jet" keyword in Brazil is fairly good, 5 times the volume in China. The domain businessjet.cn was recently sold at about Euro 3000. I am thinking of building a website promoting airline services to gain some revenue.
The question is, what's the market like for .com.br domains... No buyers in sight means the domain is not worth much really, especially if you are not in a position to keep and develop the domain, and be the end user.
That's an entirely different niche in aviation. If you want to develop, you would have to focus on business aviation and relating keywords. It will require dedication but the rewards can be high. I've done lead capture in this niche before but ditched the project before it really could take off.
