Maybe this should go in the humor section... I never really like to criticize anything, but this time, I am really sick of Buy.com's BS-es.
Here goes the story. Four months ago, I place an order for the Slingbox PRO and Sling HD Connect Cable Bundle from Buy.com. I bought that hoping I can watch live TV on my new mogul phone. Well, my phone isn't that new anymore. They only send me the HD Connect Cable and I called them because the tracking code for the Slingbox is invalid. They asked me to wait and so I did. And days after days, so many calls and still never resolved. The package never come and they keep asking me to wait. Finally I made a complain and they did their research and learn that I must send back the Connect Cable before they can send me the bundle. I also have to wait for their corporate office to generate the shipping label. So again, more waiting time...
Finally 4 months later (yesterday), I got a package. I couldn't wait to go to the post office to pick it up. Guess what... they only send me the HD Connect Cable again. I have spent so many time talking to them on the phone and I did mention that if they screw up my order again, I will post online about this bad experience... so anyone can tell me where I can start?
