If it's still showing in your account, try changing the nameservers and contact info yourself (unlock domain manually, change info, lock domain). I've seen this happen on .org's at various affiliates of pool.com -- basically, a lot of registrars don't have very good EPP implementations.

If this doesn't work, email the registrar and complain that you can't change the info. Go that route before alleging dirty tactics.

If BFD hijacked it (they own INCOMEOPPORTUNITY.NET) let us know, as that's big news.

it's gone from my account. they removed it after the first email. then i got no reponse. so i sent a 2nd email. they responed to that one. they asked me to send them the confirmation email that was sent when i paid for the name.

umm the domain payment already shows up in my account history so i don't know why they would need the email.

now i'm just waiting for them to get back to me.

It looks like you got screwed by a NameCheap glitch. It seems you renewed the domain, but their system didn't, so the domain went through the normal drop process. There is nothing NameCheap can do about it now except buy it from BuyDomains.
