Just realized today that BuyDomains blatantly registers and offers for sale, obvious trademark names. Came across these ones today: NFLSunday.com, NFLCoverage.com, NFLReporter.com, NFLMerchandise.com, NFLQuarterbacks.com. They have NFLCoverage.com listed for $1188.00, and the others have a "Request Price" button.

You would think that a company like BuyDomains (with it's 100's of 1000's of domains) would be more conscious about this, and not engage in activities that could potentially put its entire company and all its assets at risk. :greenbigeek:

It's actually disgusting to me that a company like BuyDomains, still feels the need to profit over the sale of names that are clearly infringing others registered marks. :greenmad:

I glanced at uspto.gov and then NFLsunday.com. It looks as though BD have taken care not to display National Football League links. However it still seems as though the real owner should be NFL.com

Dude, if they want to take the risk, then let them... but why did you bother posting a bashing thread about a company that helps all of us in some way...

Half our domains wouldn't be as valuable as they are without them buying all the domains up.

Think before you post next time.

BD has little to lose, they usually fight domain disputes to retain there domains, but I doubt they would waste their time with these, in the event the NFL wanted them. As for bashing BD, I dont see that, but feel free to do so......they earned it.
