BuyDomains partnership opportunities?

Has anyone here been approached by them to work together? They called me today to offer me a 10% commission if I send them a buyer (off of moviedomains.com) that results in a sale.

Question #1: Is 10% a reasonable commission?
Question #2: Are they good business partners? I know a lot of people are bitter toward them because of their success, but that does not mean they are unethical or bad to work with. Has anybody here been in this position?

They contacted me and I said "no, not interested" because they wanted too much exposure on my for-sale site for what they were offering...

I had an approach from them that was completely different.
Actually sounded a good deal, just my time at the moment doesn't allow me to bring their idea to life.

But in the future, who knows....

Not allowed to say more, all i can say it was directed specificly at the german market.

UPDATE:

I have decided against it at this time.

The reasons:
1) I have barely begun to market my domain site, so traffic would be minimal, if any
2) I have a good mix of domains, but their inventory is much larger. I'm not prepared to send anybody I can get to a larger competitor
3) 10% really isn't enough to tempt me into compromising my independence
