I'm buying a LLLL.COM ($XXXX) from a zero feedback member, where should i check the ownership to make sure is not a stolen domain?

I know WHOIS but is there an other place to check ownership or stolen domain name?

Thanks for your help.

Do you have a membership to domaintools.com? They have a whois history you can check out....and if it was a recent pickup you can contact the previous owner to verify the sale.

Use the WhoIs archive / history (if you subscribe) to see the list of previous owners and contact the one before the current owner.

Edit:

Onward beat me by less than a minute. :) So I'll change my suggestion to "yeah, what he said". :D

It's not just the number of feedback that matters. You may want to check his join date and number of posts at DNForum AND other established places.
