Here's the deal.

I am starting a templates website.
The templates will be offered for free to the public.
I will pay you for your personal works, your own web template designs.

Upon selling your templates you agree:

1) You designed them 100% from scratch, they absolutely have to be your own work and not violate any trademark or copyrights with any parts of the designs or images. No crap or slight mods from bulk template packages that have been floating around on the web for years. 100% YOUR OWN WORK.

2) Upon sale, the templates become the sole, exclusive property of my company / template website. They cannot be resold ever again.

* Please post screens of your templates that you'd like to sell and let me know what you would want for them. Please keep in mind, I am looking for high quality designs, but the templates will not make profits, they will be offered for free on the site I am making.
