I prefer .ws compared to the others... (.cc and .bz can rot in you know where)

I do agree that .ws will be bigger in the long run. For a quick buck and not to much if you have a good .cc or .bz it might be worth it....depending on what you have.

O.K guys say if you had a choice between say:

e****.ws

****.bz

In other words would you go for the single word .bz or the same single word with an e in front of with the .ws ?

Thanks in advance !

really it depends, if it a dictonary word it depends on what it is, and how many links and ovt and other factors, ws are like 9 dollars at godaddy...and bz is more on other sites....so it really depends....

Agree with the others above. The ebook domain should be fine. And think about investing some of that 570 euros in Google Adwords instead. You'll get a lot more exposure that way.

Good luck with it.

If I live to be a hundred years old I don't think I'll ever understand what some people have against .cc.

.cc means nothing...

I can see how some people think .ws is website and .tv is television...and even how .bz is a forum of business

However, .cc is an ugly extension with nothing going for it...and of course the Cacos Islands (or whatever they are) have about 200 people on them anyways...

me neither.
I mean its definately not very attractive, but If we are going to go into ccTLDs (not major ones), I cant see the difference between ws/cc/bz or whatever comes up next.
once you go to non gTLDs, its open game.

P.S.
There are more developed .cc sites on the planet than .ws :cheeky:
total .ws: 1,210,000
total .cc: 1,510,000
total .bz: 1,080,000 (surprised?)

Right i will be selling specialized information books/cds/etc on the website in which in the end i bought both domains at : ebook.ws $40.00
book.bz 300 euros

Knocked book.bz down from 570 euros wether it was worth it ? well to me yes but to others maybe not.

By the way .cc goes well with a car magazine as i think book goes well with bz.

book.bz for 300 euros was a good deal IMO. Especially since you will develop.
