Just an FYI....since it was reg'd on May 6 2009 you won't actually be able to transfer it to a new owner until 30 days from that date. You have to wait 30 days from registration date with .CA names.

You're not doing anything wrong as buyer and seller can agree to this...it just won't happen right away.

...just want to save you from any awkward confusion/misunderstandings in a transaction..
