I'm pasting his email, and my reply as one. These people piss me off. Im gonna go postal on one of these F*cks soon.

For the Record, I don't own the domain in Question. If I did I have other methods which I use and have been quite affective.

Begin paste of my reply

You stupid shit... i dont own that rediculous domain, and if you so much as
harrass me again expect some regret (I Fight Back and always win under all
circumstances). You freeking nerd loser. have some balls and say this to my
face. If I so much as hear from you again expect more than an email such as
this. I dont like email, and i dont like threats even if they are from tm
issues. proxify is a term used by many. I will use it all i like and now I'm
encouraged to do so. I would not use a tm of deserved value. You took a word
used by many, did a cheap tm and made some penny ads through google. This
word proxify/proxified was being used well before your tm you ****en pirate.
You'd be very wise to ****-Off. Take my word for that my friend.

proxyify.info... gimme a freeking break, You gotta be so high on yourself.
Look in the mirror and laugh.

It's tiring having to deal with these creeps. I had another c&d for a domain I actually own which is a planned pet project last week (the person by chance is 10 minutes from me). One of those domains I wouldnt give up under any circumstance. Of course I didnt deal with it in the fashion I just portrayed. I keep those professional and wait for their actions to come forth. This proxify guy has nothing on me, and if he bothered me in any fashion I know where it hurts his pocketbook and won't hesitate even at my expense. I too need a rise sometimes, it's quiet in the burbs.

It's my opinion that if somebody wants to own a dictionary word or even a common term, they should fight for it with heavy expense to keep it. A simple tm at such light expense carries little ground in my world.

Holy Crap... i just went to proxyify.info <--(omg what a stupid domain name) and saw some idiot pointed it to one of my proxy sites.. Thats just too funny.

Looks like the thumbnail in the search at whois.sc is showing arcadedome.com... so the banner kinda shows, but cant be 100% sure about that. I'm thinking the previous owner of the domain i bought a week or two ago forgot to redirect it elswhere.

Anyhow, That's all from me about this.. Unless anything more comes up about this or any interesting comments come here, it's a forgotten subject for me. funny as it may be.

I think he filed his first TM and sits around all day sending these gay emails out. Maybe you should register Proxifysucks com

Looks like he has it. Maybe he should use it for his main site.

Tell him to C&D his Spam (Look up Definition of Spam - this is it.), as it IS harrassment, and you have notified SpamHaus.org (whether u do or not is another story) and then call his Mom - let her know her sons being a spaz and needs to be spanked, put to bed and have his PC taken from his room.

...as much as Post his name n Sht on the 'People Whom NOt to Deal with for lack of Intellect' Section.

As I often say (online and off) - "Some people's Kids - Can't Spank them - Can't put them Back!"

Kids like this abound online, as their faceless courage allows to do things they would never do and say on the playground - being weak and simple, they would be some of the first to go under the Survival of the Fittest strategy.

Carpe Peaciem Jack - Fight the Good Fight - and just say NO to Spam. :p

:p

LOL! I know a kid like that, he acts all tough online. (I went to school with him) He acts like he's a frigging packers linebacker. When in school, he is the ugliest person you could ever see. He's vietnamese or something while the rest of his family looks normal, he looks like a stalker freak. He never talks and just sits there and stares at the wall. I got in a fight before with him just because he posted sht about me on the net doing picture editing. He learned his lesson lol. But those types of people dont rank well with me.
