For Sale .ca Market Warming Up?

I have sold 6 .ca domains to end users this week... could it be the market is starting to warm up?

All of the sales were end users contacting me - I think they may have been connected in some way as the domains were all in the same niche.

Anyone else having some recent success in the .ca market? If so, where are most of your successes coming from. Let's help each other learn our market.

Had an enduser enquiry yesterday for an L-L.ca, gave them a price and waiting to hear back.
Don't know if I'd call that a pick-up, I usually get a few of these every year. If I was getting a few enquiries per month then that would be different.

Sold a two letter IDN .com at Sedo recently for xxxx, and had an enquires about a one word .cc from Afternic - lol.

Oh ya I forgot about my sedo sale last week too... I have had a very good month in March for both .ca and .com so hopefully I can keep this going and hopefully we all see some more action in the market.

I've made a few sales too over the past couple of weeks. Wouldn't say it is heating up but rather winter is over and spring has sprung. Business always sucks in the first quarter for me...

It's gone a bit cold for me but then I haven't been trying to sell much other than domains I am dropping.

I think I am just getting smarter and making more sales. I still get sellers remorse when I think of some of those domains I let go for a pittance.
