moniker .CA transfers into Moniker

I noticed Moniker now offers .CA domains. So I inquired about transferring in a couple I have at another registrar. I was advised that they accept new registrations, but not transfers. Anybody know why? Just curious more than anything.

They are probably still trying to figure out how a registrant transfer works.
