Can a forum REDUCE Adsense revenue?

Hi all,

I find this sort of weird. See, I had a forum on one of my sites a while ago, took it off due to spamming problems, but recently put it back up again. I was feeling pretty confident that my ADsense revenue would SOAR...nope. In fact, even though I get more overall hits, I actually seem to be making a bit less.

Has anyone else found this to be true?

It sounds to me like your ads are not converting. They may not be placed optimally. More hits and a lower CTR will certainly lower your revenue and explain the whole thing.

I would certainly have your site optimized
