Clear cache also. Even then, it may still not work. Typically I have to call and have a supervisor manually reset it. Seems to happen to me on my reseller account about every month and a half. They have no reason why but speculation is from heavy usage although no one has been able to define and correct the cause.

interesting, I wonder if it might have anything to do with to many unsuccessful logins as if someone was trying to guess your password or something.

Sorry for the delay in response. Yes, that is the response I have gotten in the past although it is not exactly clear if this is the case.

There may be another account with similar log in info. Again, this is just a guess but after 3 or 5 (can't remember the exact number) failed attempts, the account is locked. Some users use names as a log in. I have numbers. If similar numbers are used by another user and mine are mistakenly entered, then my account will be locked after x number of failed attempts.

Changing password etc will not help unlock it even though you will receive confirmation in password changes. Only a phone call with proper identifiers will unlock the account and usually this can only be done by a supervisor or supervisor's approval.
