Account was suspended for low conversion rate, but it is not the domainer's wrong, then can he get paid for the period not completed?

Hi Veryfine,

We have the same problem, Parked.com owns us about $3000 from 6/6/06.

We started to test it this month becouse they seemed serius and
we didn´t know they canceled accounts without any "real explication", so
we selected the payment by wire transfer, but to get the payment so you have to
generate a revenue of a minimun of $2500. The first month period we generated about $1400,
so we didn´t received any payment from we start to use it.

Also, we are awaiting a reply from Donsimon about this by PM.

Thanks.

If parked.com is paid for the month, which we were told we would not be paid for any of said affiliates traffic, then they would be paid. If we are not paid then you won't be paid. We have already paid you for the 1-15, which I was told we weren't going to be paid for that. So we will just write that one off.

In our contract with Yahoo it roughly states, at any time Yahoo may request partner to terminate domains or accounts based on no conversion, low conversion, or assumed fraudulent activity.

Hi Donny,

So Yahoo provide a domain list to Parked and Parked terminates accounts base on such kind of list?

But what if some accounts with both high conversion domains and low conversion traffic domains? Also terminate such accounts? I think it's unfair for account based.

Some were domain based, about 5. Most were account based.
