Yes. Sedo accepts some IDN, but their interface is clunky and their processes often don't make sense. For instance, they want you to enter your Japanese names into sedo.cn with a Chinese UI!

Namedrive is on the vanguard of IDN parking. They are constantly innovating, and do all the little things including resolving punycode titles into unicode.

That goes a long way into improving CTR.

You would think the largest aftermarket domain venue would be the one to lead the way. They really need to get on board.

Namedrive now provides a localized user experience for your PPC visitors depending on IP location. Arabic, Russian, Japanese, Spanish, Thai, and other pages are available and are shown to users comming from countries where those languages are spoken.

Plus you can key in keywords by continent and get meaningful ads shown regardless of where your visitors come from or what language they speak.

This is the first parking service that offers a 100% localized user experience from the ads to the rest of the parking page.

Sedo also provides a comprehensive service for IDN, although I am still leaning towards Namedrive at the moment. Both, however, are a waste of time for Simplified Chinese where you should look at Dopa.com.
