Can not "Ask a Question"

When I try to send in a ticket I fill in all the forms and it gives me the error message "A problem has been encountered. Your question could not be processed."

How do you get a hold of them? I am trying to submit the excel template with a couple hundred more domains to add to my account.

Perhaps it is Firefox 4?

I've been getting the same error for months on FF 3.xx. I've given up trying to use it as a way of contacting Sedo.
