Can some one from EuroDNS please help me and stop ignoring me i want my refund i have been waiting over 2 months i tryed to register 2 .com.br names through EuroDNS AND IT TURNT OUT AFTER I PAID THAT THE NAMES WAS ALREADY REGISTARD. But for the names they was very expensive (271.40 euro) for the 2 names . I give you my bank details that was correct it took use 2 months to get back to me and say it was incorrect. But i dont know why use carnt just pay it back to the credit card i payed use with. Also im willing to have my refund any ways you can transfer it cheque to my address or even paypal i will pay the fee's just tell me what els i have to do for my refund back now beg ?
I have herd some stories about EuroDNS but when it actually happens to you, you can see why people post their problems we just want to be treated fair and not ripped off.

Can you prove to me use treat people fair just by giving me my refund ?

i don't think they give out refunds

i believe they credit your account for those funds.

perhaps contact this member > Nuno@EuroDNS

Thanks biggedon but they do give out refunds they have asked for my bank account information to pay the refund but that was 2 months ago. I just wanted some one from eurodns to reply to my post and i will reply when i get my refund and we can all see how long it will take.

A big reason I left DNS with my names.

Took almost 2 months for them to supply auth codes.

It seems like they intentionally slow the processes.

I everyone, we do refund but a fee will apply in order to get the money back to your bank account. We usually refund the EuroDNS account and them you can ask for a refund.

So, this person ordered a couple domain names and paid for them. The names were not available and you are going to charge a fee for refunding him. And it takes 2 months? Not a scammer? Yes you are.

caper5 we do refund you fully without any fee on your credit account. If you want your money back into your bank account we have to charge a fee for it as bank fees also apply depending on the destination country. It doesn't take two months to get a refund with us. We process the refunds if you send us the bank details. I will dig into it.

I think the point is that you took chillking's money. You didn't deliver the domain names, so YOU should incur the fee yourself and not charge him for returning the money into the actual account. It is your fault. If he know you couldn't get the domains he would have never given you the money. Poor businesses practice. Look up shyster in the dictionary. Maybe there is a photo of EuroDNS there now for an example.

Actually the money is into is EuroDNS account and was fully refunded without any fee. As you may know domain availabily checks are not 100% reliable as we chack them availabily on the registry servers and sometimes the answer is not acurate or the domains are registered a few minutes later by another person. Caper5, at this point chillking wil get his money on monday for shure like every customer who will ask for it. The point here is that it took to many time. Normally we refund customer within one month maximun.

Hi guys i got a private message from Nuno saying ( I will make it happen on monday ) Nuno i will be very happy if i get my refund then and as soon as i get it i will post here and let you guy's know . This is what i like about DNForum its a very nice comunity i sent maybe 8 email to eurodns and did not get any were with them , i posted here and it looks like i could be getting my refund thanks allot guys i will post here when i receive my refund and Nuno if i do get my refund i will thank you for getting me it back.

Hi MIR,

No asiaregistry is not related with EuroDNS. This registrar is Instra and they are based in Australia I think. EuroDNS is based in Luxembourg. We have nothing to do with them.
I think you should sent them you original post by email.

asiadns.com is our asia webiste.

asiaregistry.com is not our website.

If you order from asiadns.com you will order on the same system as EuroDNS the webiste is exactly the same. There is not scam at AsiaDNS at all.

Your allotted time to file a chargeback with your CC company is 60 days, every merchant knows this, So what some will do is stall until it's too late to dispute it.... Not saying it happened here, but it sure does look like it.
