Yes, I remember when Yellow Pages bought a large portfolio of generics to redirect. I will add this, as well as a few more. The Yellow Pages Group
were ahead of everyone else knowing the power of generics.

And shops.ca from Cadillac Fairview.

Both names are underutilized, IMO.

Doesn't really fit the bill here, but I noticed this week that Pringles chips uses Pringles.ca on their cans.

Also, chefboyardee.ca

A while back I was bidding for watch.ca. I got out bit at 5600. Turns out Macy's bought it.

Based on the whois at www.cira.ca I think that it is owned by someone else, and that it is a redirect, for whatever reason.

A few French generic .ca's to add to your list:

Assurance.ca (insurance) --> TD Assurance
Meubles.ca (furniture) --> De Lacroix Design
Electricite.ca [électricité] (electricity) --> Canadian Electricity Association
PremierSecours.ca (first aid {s}) --> Premier Secours Patrice Grenier - first aid training classes
PremiersSecours.ca (first aid {pl}) --> PremiersSoins.com (first aid ~treatment)
Plombier.ca (plumber) --> Les Entreprises Corriveau Inc. (a Montreal Plumber)

And, an example of a company that owns both the French & English generic .ca for its product/industry:
InuitArt.ca & ArtInuit.ca --> Galerie D’art Inuit
