My fellow Canucks,
I am interested in picking up a few .US domains and would like to make sure I am in compliance with the Neustar requirements before spending any money on names. Can I get some feedback and advice from the community on how to do this?
I know the options out there available to me, and it looks like forming a corporation is the easiest way to make sure I am playing by the rules. I have heard too many stories of the Neustar registry deleting names from owners not meeting the requirements. I am simply not prepared to spend good money and put myself at risk.
Does anyone know of a cheap, painless and quick way to form a corporation? Would having a friend living in the US suffice? Hit me back people!
Thank you in advance,
Jason
