I have been trying to renew some domain with Moniker for 2 weeks now and nothing works. The renewal invoice is generated but my credit card it not charged. The address in my profile matches the credit card. I tried different cards but they do not work either. I tried sending funds through a bank transfer but the funds are have not been credited to my account - must need a manual assignment on their end.
I called support, but they do not pick up. I emailed support but they have not responded. I don't know what else to do. Anyone have a better contact method? Frustrated.
