I used to sell cars on commission and generally speaking I would only have “one car deal“ to attract impulse buyers. If there we're other objections to overcome during the selling process, I'd throw another deal out to close the sale. Agreed, the plural is much better and hyphen ruins it, there could be some potential for development for a sales lot.
