I have recently decided that I want to switch careers from finance to technology(web development, internet marketing, or anything related). I am fairly young at 23 and after reading this website, I am convinced that I would enjoy this field so much more. This is seriously the most enjoyable website I have ever been to. What I was wondering is if anyone could give me some advice of where to start? I don't have the technical skills at this point although I know the basics of HTML, Dreamweaver, Java. I have also had an internship in E-commerce and an undergraduate degree in business. It seems like all the jobs that are web-related require at least 2-3 years experience. I am also planning on moving to Southern California so if anyone knows someone who needs help with their web business, I would love to speak with them. Thanks for your help.
