closed cazahuracan.com for appraisal

A domain I picked up a while ago and just plopped it at Sedo. Apparently it used to be a PR6, and has some hurricane type links pointing at it.
Anyways, the domain CazaHuracan.com means, I think, Hurricane Hunter, and was a Spanish site about hurricanes.
I imagine the traffic is seasonal to a degree - in the last week it has averaged over 150 unqiues daily and made about $2 a day at Sedo (hurricane ads don't pay well, lol). Excluding this last week it generally gets 45 uniques daily with about 50 cents a day.
Any idea what I should seek to sell this for? Appraisals of worth? Thanks,

1-2 years of it earnings.. but since it used to be a siteb4, the traffic will decrease.. and so will the earnings !
